To enhance the security of Global South countries, a Security Action Plan should prioritize
capacity-building for their military forces, strengthening institutional and
legal frameworks, promoting regional cooperation, and enhancing international
partnerships. It is critical to strike a balance of interests and promote
cooperation among nations to ensure that everyone benefits as a united
community. India is committed to pursuing this objective during the G-20/C-20
conferences scheduled for 2023.
