मुस्लिमांच्या लोकसंख्येत अब्जाअब्जांची वाढ!-tarun bharat-युरोप, अमेरिकेसह चीन, रशिया आणि जपानसह दक्षिण अमेरिकेतील देशांतही यावर चर्चा होत असते. भारताच्या दृष्टीने हा विषय अधिक महत्त्वाचा असूनही येथे मात्र त्या विषयावरील चर्चेवर अघोषित बंदी आहे. ती आपणच प्रयत्नाने उठवली पाहिजे

March 5, 2017019 वास्तव भारतात २०५० मध्ये जगातील सर्वात अधिक मुस्लिम असतील, अशा आशयाचा अमेरिकेतील ‘पीयू’ संघटनेचा अहवाल नुकताच प्रकाशित झाला आहे. जगातील व भारतातीलही अनेक दैनिकांनी तो दिला आहे. सध्या सर्वाधिक मुस्लिम लोकसंख्या इंडोनेशियामध्ये आहे. ती जागा अजून पस्तीस वर्षांनी भारत घेण्याची शक्यता आहे. या अहवालाचे वैशिष्ट्य म्हणजे, ही वाढ फक्त नवी पिढी अधिकाधिक संख्येने जन्माला घालण्यातूनच जन्माला येणार आहे असे नाही, तर सध्या इराक व सीरिया या देशांतून युरोपीय देशांत मोठ्या प्रमाणावर लोकसंख्येचे स्थलांतर होत आहे, त्या मार्गातून हा बदल होण्याची शक्यता असल्याचे त्या अहवालात म्हटले आहे. भारताच्या दृष्टीने ही बातमी महत्त्वाची आहेच. पण, याच अहवालात जगातील बाकीच्या लोकसंख्या वाढीचे जे आकडे देण्यात आले आहेत, ते अधिक धक्कादायक आहेत. सर्वसाधारणपणे लोकसंख्यावाढीची उद्दिष्टे समोर ठेवताना ती काही कोटीच्या आकड्यापर्यंत असतील, असे आपल्याला वाटत असते. पण पीयू संघटनेच्या अहवालाच्या आधारे जे आकडे पुढे येत आहेत, त्यात एक एक अब्ज लोकसंख्यावाढीचे आकडे पुढे येत आहेत. मुस्लिमांची जगातील संख्या १ अब्ज ६० कोटी आहे व ख्रिश्‍चनांची संख्या दोन अब्ज वीस कोटी आहे. पुढील पन्नास-शंभर वर्षांत त्यांची कोणत्या गतीने संख्या वाढेल, याचा अंदाज बांधून ही वाढीच्या आकड्यांची उद्दिष्टे ठरवण्यात आली आहेत. हे आकडे एक एक अब्जच्या घरात आहेत. सध्या हा वाढीचा आकडा मुस्लिम संघटनांनी ठरविला आहे. ख्रिश्‍चन संघटनांना तो नव्याने ठरविण्याची आवश्यकताच नाही. गेल्या शंभर वर्षांत आफ्रिकेत ख्रिश्‍चनांची संख्या जेथे एक कोटी होती तेथे शंभर कोटी झाल्याचे उदाहरण जगासमोर आहे. त्यामुळे त्यांच्यापासून अरबी व आशियायी मुस्लिम देशांनी धडा घेतला आहे. भारतामध्ये कोणीही लोकसंख्यावाढीवर टिपणी केली की, ती व्यक्ती काय बोलली, यातील तपशिलाऐवजी, प्रथम ती व्यक्ती प्रतिगामी व राष्ट्रविरोधी असल्याची टिपणी केली जाते. पण, जगातील लोकसंख्येवरील बदलाचा सतत मागोवा घेणार्‍या ‘पीईडब्ल्यू’ पीयू या संघटनेचा अहवाल प्रकाशित झाला आहे. त्याचा निष्कर्ष असा आहे की, युरोप आणि अमेरिका या देशात सध्या शरणार्थी किंवा अन्य योग्य वा अयोग्य मार्गाने जे मुसलमान जात आहेत, त्याचा मुख्य उद्देश लवकरात लवकर जगातील मुस्लिमांची संख्या वाढवून जगातील ख्रिश्चन लोकसंख्येच्या पुढे जाणे हा आहे. दोन दिवसांपूर्वी आलेला पीयू संघटनेचा अहवाल हा त्या आधीच्या अहवालाचीच पुरवणी आहे. पण त्यात त्यांचे म्हणणे असे की, लोकसंख्येची अफाट वाढ ही एकाच प्रदेशात साठवून ठेवण्याऐवजी त्यापेक्षा अन्य ठिकाणी पसरणे आवश्यक आहे, त्यासाठी शक्य त्या मार्गाने जगभर पसरण्याचा नवा पवित्रा मुस्लिम विश्‍वाने समोर ठेवला आहे. जगात अनेक देश व अनेक देशसमूह यांचा ‘आपण जगातील महासत्ता’ असल्याचे सांगण्याचा प्रयत्न असतो. गेल्या दोन शतकांत जगाने जो महासत्ता असण्याचा प्रयोग वा प्रयत्न पाहिला, त्यात अर्थिक महासत्ता याला महत्त्व होते. त्यात ब्रिटन, अमेरिका, रशियातील सोव्हिएत युनियन आणि नंतर चीन यांचा समावेश होता. अलीकडे भारतातही महासत्ता होण्याची चर्चा होताना दिसत आहे. गेल्या शंभर वर्षांत महासत्ता होण्याचे चलन हे आर्थिक होते. आता जन्माला घातलेली मुले व स्थलांतरितांचे आकडे हे नवे चलन पुढे येऊ घातले आहे. या वाढीच्या पाशवी प्रकारावर त्या त्या देशात नियंत्रण आणण्यासाठी मोठ्या प्रमाणावर निरीक्षण पथके स्थापन करण्याची प्रक्रिया सुरू झाली आहे. यात चीनपासून ते प्रत्येक युरोपीय देशांचा समावेश आहे. २०१० ते २०६० या ५० वर्षांच्या काळात जगातील लोकसंख्या वाढण्याच्या ज्या शक्यता पीयू संघटनेला दिसू लागल्या आहेत, त्यात ख्रिश्‍चन धर्मीय वाढीचा दर ३५ टक्के, हिंदू वाढीचा दर ३४ टक्के आणि मुस्लिम वाढीचा दर ७३ टक्क्यांवर पोहोचल्याचे दिसत आहे. भारतात या विषयावर चर्चा सुरू झाली की, येथील काही संघटना त्यावर लगेचच आरोप करतात. त्या आरोपाचा हेतू कोणताही महत्त्वाचा मुद्दा मांडण्याचा नसतो, तर टिंगलटवाळीचा हेतू असतो. हे टिंगलटवाळी करणारे प्रामुख्याने दहशतवादी संघटनांशी संबंधित असतात. भारतातील दहशतवादी संघटनांचे एकत्र संघटन आणि त्यांच्यातील समन्वय करण्याचे काम अरुंधती रॉयसारख्या महिला किंवा त्यांच्या संस्थातील व्यक्ती करत असतात. पण, दुसर्‍या बाजूला त्यांच्या गटातील लोकांची संख्या मोठ्या प्रमाणावर वाढली पाहिजे, या मुद्यावर ते आग्रही असतात व प्रयत्नशीलही असतात. त्यामुळे त्यांच्यासारख्यांना बिचकून देशाच्या दृष्टीने अतिशय महत्त्वाच्या विषयावरील बहिष्कार उठवला गेला पाहिजे. कदाचित पहिले काही दिवस प्रसारमाध्यमेही या विषयावरील चर्चेचे, महत्त्वाचा मुद्दा सोडून वृत्तांकन करण्याची शक्यता आहे. असे असेल तर प्रसारमाध्यमापासून दूर राहून या विषयावर चर्चामंडळे स्थापन करणे आवश्यक आहे. जगातील बहुतेक महत्त्वाच्या विद्यापीठात या ‘सायलेंट वर्ल्ड वॉर’वर दर आठवड्याला चर्चा होत असते. अमेरिकेतील पीयू ही संघटना जगभर प्रत्येक देश व प्रत्येक प्रांत यातील धर्मनिहाय, अर्थिक गटनिहाय, स्त्री-पुरुषनिहाय या विषयाच्या बदलत्या आकडेवारीची माहिती संकलित करत असते. १५-२० वर्षांपूर्वी या संघटनेच्या अहवालाची दखल अमेरिकेतही फार गांभीर्याने घेतली जात नव्हती. पण, न्यूयॉर्कमध्ये २००१ मध्ये वर्ल्ड ट्रेड टॉवरवर हल्ला झाल्यावर थोड्याच दिवसात अमेरिकेत व युरोपात ही मंडळी ‘प्रजेची वाढ व शरणार्थी पद्धतीची घुसखोरी या माध्यमातून संख्यायुद्धाच्या मोठ्या पर्वाला आरंभ करत आहेत,’ असा अहवाल दिला व तो खराही ठरला. त्यामुळे अमेरिकाच काय, पण युरोपातील देश व चीननेही या अब्जच्या अब्जची वाढ लक्षात घेऊन आपली धोरणे बदलली आहेत. चीनमध्ये ५० वर्षांपेक्षा अधिक काळ ‘एक अपत्य धोरण’ सुरू होते, पण ‘पीयू’चा दोन वर्षांपूर्वीचा अहवाल आल्यावर काही दिवसांच्या आत त्यांनी ‘एक अपत्य धोरण’ बदलले. ‘पीयू’चा दोन वर्षांपूर्वी जो अहवाल आला होता, तो बराच व्यापक होता, त्यामानाने हा अहवाल युरोप-अमेरिकेपुरता मर्यादित आहे. पण, त्याचे संदर्भ सार्‍या जगाला लागू आहेत. गेल्या तीन-चार वर्षांत सीरिया आणि इराकमध्ये इसिसच्या टोळ्यांचे हल्ले सुरू आहेत. त्यामुळे पश्‍चिम युरोपमधून मोठ्या प्रमाणावर शरणार्थी बाहेर पडणे हे समजण्यासारखे आहे, पण सध्या अमेरिका व युरोपमध्ये शरणार्थी जात आहेत. त्यात बांगला देश, पाकिस्तान, मलेशिया, इंडोनेशिया येथील लोकांची संख्या मोठी आहे. ख्रिश्‍चन धर्मियांची सध्याची आकडेवारी आणि मुस्लिम धर्मियांची आकडेवारी यात दिली आहे. त्याचबरोबर ही संख्या तसेच मुस्लिम धर्मियांच्या वाढीच्या प्रमाणाचा आलेखच पीयू संघटनेने दिला आहे. त्यांच्या म्हणण्यानुसार २०१० मध्ये मुस्लिमांची संख्या जगातील एकूण लोकसंख्येच्या २३.२ टक्के होती व ख्रिश्‍चनांची संख्या ३१.४ टक्के होती. २०६० मध्ये दोन्ही धर्मियांची संख्या सम म्हणजे ३२.३ टक्के असेल. लोकसंख्यावाढीचा हाच दर मुस्लिमांच्या संदर्भात ३४.९ टक्के होईल व तोच दर ख्रिश्‍चनांच्या संदर्भात ३३.८ टक्के असेल. हिंदूंच्या संदर्भात हा दर ३४ टक्के असल्याचा त्या संस्थेचा निष्कर्ष आहे. दरवर्षी कोणत्या दराने ही लोकसंख्या वाढण्याची शक्यता आहे, याबाबत आशिया, आफ्रिका आणि युरोप या देशांचा नकाशाच पीयू संघटनेने दिला आहे. त्यात युरोपातील असे काही देश आहेत की, त्यात लोकसंख्या अर्ध्या टक्क्यापेक्षाही अधिक कमी होण्याची शक्यता आहे. त्यात वजा अर्धा टक्का ते शून्य टक्के वाढ असे जे देश आहेत त्यात रशिया व चीन आहे. त्याचप्रमाणे युरोपमधील जर्मनी, इटली, पोलंड, ग्रीस या देशांचा समावेश आहे. शून्य टक्का ते एक टक्का यामध्ये भारत, दक्षिण आफ्रिका, इराण, तुर्कस्तान, लिबिया, अल्जिरिया या देशांचा समावेश आहे. एक टक्का ते दोन टक्के या वाढीच्या प्रमाणात पाकिस्तान, सौदी अरेबिया, सुदान, सोमालिया, इथियोपिया, नामिबिया, अंगोला आणि अजून एक लक्षवेधी देश म्हणजे चीनच्या उत्तरेला असलेला मंगोलिया यांचा समावेश आहे. दोन टक्क्यांपेक्षाही अधिक वाढीची अजून एक यादी पीयू संघटनेने दिली आहे. त्यात अफगाणिस्तान, मादागास्कर, केनिया, सोमालिया, टांझानिया, मालवी, कांगो, छाड, नायगर, नायजेरिया या देशांचा समावेश आहे. भारताच्या दृष्टीने जी महत्त्वाची बाब आहे, ती म्हणजे या विषयावर जाहीर चर्चा होणे. युरोप, अमेरिकेसह चीन, रशिया आणि जपानसह दक्षिण अमेरिकेतील देशांतही यावर चर्चा होत असते. भारताच्या दृष्टीने हा विषय अधिक महत्त्वाचा असूनही येथे मात्र त्या विषयावरील चर्चेवर अघोषित बंदी आहे. ती आपणच प्रयत्नाने उठवली पाहिजे

It started as another scam or a Ponzi scheme but the pursuit of the Saradha scam in Bengal has opened up a much bigger threat to the country and one of its neighbours. The web of deceit, financial crimes and the linkage to terrorism is shocking to say the least. And all of this comes with involvement of the ruling party members in the state. There is no escape for Mamata Banerjee (MB) or her TMC from this. She will indeed have to answer for a lot. On the evening of October 6, Monday, the man in the pic, Derek O’Brien (DOB) was asked to respond to the incident of an accidental blast at the Burdwan centre of TMC which killed two men who were assembling IEDs. Instead of answering the questions DOB stated barking at the BJP and Social Media as “hate-mongering” with their Hindu agenda against the TMC. This scumbag also happens to be an MP from Bengal. We have to wonder what agenda the TMC really has. In June-July there was a spate of attacks on Hindus and BJP leaders by TMC goondas, some murders too. There were a few rapes earlier which MB described as a “conspiracy” against her. 34 years of CPM and now this absolute horror of a political party sinking Bengal has still not seen an outrage in our media. Not surprising because they all belong in the “Sickular” basket. Let’s summarise the story first. On August 24 a story surfaced about the Saradha scam money fanning terrorism in Bangladesh: “The CBI and ED learnt that funds collected from the public through Saradha’s chit fund schemes were centrally deposited at the group’s offices in Salt Lake. After being accounted for, hundreds of crores were transported to various centres close to the Indo-Bangladesh border. The cash was put in huge bags and taken by ambulances belonging to the Saradha group. The Indian currency was then secretly converted to Bangladeshi Taka and European currencies at a “Foreign Currency Convertor Centre” belonging to a man from Kolkata. Armed couriers of radical Islamic outfits would then smuggle the converted currency across the border under the cover of darkness”. The report mentions the operations being managed by a Rajya Sabha MP. He is TMC MPAhmed Hassan Imran and his story is quite interesting: “TMC links with Bangladeshi radical groups The Anand Bazar Patrika report “Before 2011, the Jamaat helped Trinamool with huge funds secretly transferred across the border. Imran played a key role in it. “Later when the Jamaat faced government’s ire during its opposition to war crimes trials, it received funds from Trinamool which had come to power in 2011 and many of whose leaders were ministers in the Manmohan Singh government,” the Ananda Bazar Patrika report said, quoting extensively from a detailed report it claims was given to India by Bangladesh intelligence. Who is Ahmed Hassan Imran? Ahmed Hassan Imran is a Rajya Sabha MP from West Bengal at present. In 1975-76 he founded West Bengal Muslim Students Association. In 1977, Imran co-founded the Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI) in Aligarh Muslim University in Uttar Pradesh”. It doesn’t stop there. This Ahmed Hassan Imran is suspected to be not an Indian but technically a citizen of Pakistan: “A Pakistani citizen is now a TMC member in the Rajya Sabha, courtesy West Bengal Chief Minister and TMC chief Mamata Banerjee. Ahmed Hassan, aka Imran, is in fact a Pakistani citizen, since he entered India from East Pakistan in 1970-71, before the birth of Bangladesh”. Let’s move forward with the story: “An explosion in Burdwan town of West Bengal on Thursday (October 2) killed two people and led to a cache of arms and explosives being discovered, causing the police to suspect a terror link. The blast occurred around noon at a house in a residential locality of Burdwan town, about 100 km from Kolkata, in the middle of the festive season of Durga Puja. More than 50 improvised explosive devices (IED), other explosives and wires were recovered from the flat. Shakil Ahmed (32) was killed on the spot while Swapan Mondal (22) succumbed to injuries at the… Hospital. A third, Hasan Saheb, is stable and undergoing medical treatment while a fourth male resident is absconding… fire brigade personnel were prevented from entering the house by two women, who refused to open the door. Upon breaking open the door, the police found them burning some papers. The women -- Ahmed’s wife Rumi Bibi and Hasan’s wife Aklima Bibi – have been detained. Security agencies are now trying to find out if the IEDs were meant to be used in Bengal or sent somewhere else. Bomb disposal squads have also recovered a number of explosives and SIM cards on the banks of the Damodar river near the town. The six people – four men and two women – rented the house three months ago and told house owner Hasan Chowdhury that they were setting up a workshop for making Burkhas. Chowdhury didn’t check the identities of the tenants” The house the potential terrorists used belonged to Nurul Hasan Chowdhury. You don’t need another guess to know that he too is a member of the TMC. He leads the Burdwan unit of the TMC and his house also operates as its make-shift office. Don’t be surprised – in this day and age Hasan Chowdhury, a political leader, lets out his houseto people without knowing who they are or without any background check as he claimed. The bomb-making guests of TMC had targets of Kolkata airport and a dozen other targets (AajTak). That just about summarises the sequence of events for us If the bomb-makers had succeeded in their plans there could have been a major carnage around Durga Puja in Bengal and who knows how many people may have been killed. And we discovered all this only because a couple of bombs they were assembling went off accidentally. MamataB’s Muslim-appeasement is not limited merely to her govt policies or vote-bank politics. She has now reduced Bengal police to levels of unthinkable stupidity after a major terror-threat. Dressing up as a Muslim or praying as a Muslim is one thing but letting or asking the police to cover up crimes, as is being reported, is a totally different thing and this is what happened: Over 50 explosives and other accessories collected by the Bengal police from the Burdwan house were detonated and destroyed. Why? What kind of criminal police destroys evidence? In addition, the women involved in the operation burnt a lot of papers which still left some corners legible. Forensic sciences can even investigate and find clues even in fully burnt papers and items. What does the Bengal police do? I watched with horror the TimesNow reporter picking up pieces from the debris to show it to the camera while the public was casually walking around inspecting the debris as if it were a tourist spot. Is this how a state deals with terrorists or potential-terrorists? And to all that, MamataB still wants the state CID to deal with these incidents and refuses NIA investigation. Nothing can be more comic. The Centre cannot be dictated by such comic stubbornness if they plan to tackle terrorism seriously. Here’s Vicky Nanjappawho has been reporting on these events consistently: India is strongly against cross-border terrorism and faces the same problem with Pakistan. Why would we tolerate a state where the govt acknowledges cross-border terrorism but refuses an NIA investigation? There seems to be abundant evidence that this Ahmed Hassan of TMC has been promoting extremism in Bangladesh and their govt has asked for serious action on this: “Indian Muslims will live for India and die for India” said Modi in an interview to a tainted, foreign news peddler. The Muslims involved in this entire episode not only appear to have had a plan to kill people at large but even Muslims across the border. Bengal govts, the present and the previous CPM, seem to have a special sympathy for terrorists. The CPM is known to have political-murders as a party policy. “Eminent terrorist” Yasin Bhatkal was in custody in Bengal but jumped bail mysteriously from Kolkata. And this is the same dumb Bengal police that is investigating the Burdwan incident and related cross-border terrorism? “There is no good and bad terrorism” said Narendra Modi at the UN. There is no reason why one should tolerate a state govt which has members who not only support terror activities in India but also have links to cross-border terrorism. It doesn’t take Einstein to figure out that this cannot have been going on for so long without the knowledge of many in power in Bengal. There are problems at the LOC which Modi-Sarkar is now tackling firmly. Modi believes in the federalism and greater autonomy of states. But terrorism and cross-border promotion of it cannot be merely the state’s issue. It is a national security issue. Narendra Modi must intervene and ensure a massive operation to weed out terrorists from Bengal is undertaken. There is also the promise of sending back illegal Bangladeshis. These issues must see signals of actions. If these were mere election rhetoric there will be a very large price to pay.

बांग्लादेशी घुसखोर चार-पाच दिवसांपूर्वी महाराष्ट्र पोलिसांनी मालेगाव येथे पाच हत्यारबंद बांग्लादेशी अतिरेक्यांना पकडले. अर्थातच या अतिरेक्यांचा निवडणुकांच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर घातपात घडवण्याचा डाव होता. गेल्या तीन-चार महिन्यात अनेक बांग्लादेशी अतिरेक्यांना पकडण्यात आले होते. यांच्याकडून मोठ्या प्रमाणात खोट्या नोटा हस्तगत करण्यात आल्या होत्या. आजच्या घडीला महाराष्ट्रात खोटी आधारकार्डे, मतदान ओळखपत्रे इत्यादी बाळगणारे लाखो बांग्लादेशी आहेत. यांना पकडून त्यांच्यावर कारवाई होणे हे खूप महत्त्वाचे आहे. तृणमूल नेत्याच्या घरात बाँबस्फोट २ ऑक्टोबरला पश्चिम बंगालच्या बर्धवान जिल्ह्यामध्ये एक बाँबस्फोट झाला .या बाँबस्फोटामध्ये इंडियन मुजाहिद्दीन/ जमाते इस्लामीचे तीन अतिरेकी गंभीर जखमी झाले. त्यातील दोघांचा मृत्यू झाला व एक अद्याप अत्यवस्थ आहे. हा स्फोट तृणमूल काँग्रेसचे नेते नुरुल हुसेन चौधरी यांच्या घरात झाला. हा बाँबस्फोट झाल्यानंतर तिथे मोठ्या प्रमाणावर आग लागली आणि ही आग विझविण्याकरीता पश्चिम बंगालच्या अग्निशमन दल आणि पोलीस तिथे पोहचले. त्यावेळी त्यांना दोन बायकांनी पिस्तुलाचा धाक दाखवत रोखले आणि पुढच्या एका तासासाठी पोलिसांना त्या घरात प्रवेश करू दिला नाही. या काळात त्यांनी अनेक महत्त्वाची दहशतवादी कागदपत्रे, दस्तऐवज, व्हीडिओ सीडीज इत्यादी जाळली. अतिरेकी कारवायाची योजना या स्फोटात सापडलेले हे अतिरेकी हे बांग्लादेशी आहेत हे तपासाअंती सिद्ध झाले आहे. यापैकी एकाचे नाव शकील अहमद असे आहे. पोलिसांना थांबवण्याचा प्रयत्न करणार्‍या दोन बायका-जुमशान बीबी आणि अमिना बीबी या मारल्या गेलेल्या अतिरेक्यांच्या पत्नी होत्या. एका तासानंतर पोलिस जेव्हा आत पोहचले, तेव्हा त्यांना ५५ ‘आय.ई.डी. बाँब मिळाले. हे बाँब स्फोटासाठी तयार ठेवले गेले होते. या अतिरेक्यांनी इतक्या मोठ्या प्रमाणावर बाँब तयार करून ठेवले होते, याचाच अर्थ येणार्‍या काळात पश्चिम बंगालमध्ये मोठ्या अतिरेकी कारवाया करण्याची योजना त्यांनी बनवली होती. ‘इन्टेलिजन्स ब्युरो, ‘नॅशनल इन्व्हेस्टिगेशन एजन्सी पोहचण्यापूर्वी बाँब नष्ट बाँब शेवटच्या क्षणी तयार केले जातात व लगेचच त्यांचा वापर केला जातो. हे बाँब तयार करताना हे दोन अतिरेकी अपघातात मारले गेले. त्यामुळेच ही घटना आपल्यासमोर आली. दुर्दैवाची गोष्ट म्हणजे ‘इन्टेलिजन्स ब्युरो आणि ‘नॅशनल इन्व्हेस्टिगेशन एजन्सी हे घटनास्थळावर पोहचण्यापूर्वीच पोलिसांनी हे बाँब नष्ट करून टाकले. पश्चिम बंगालमधील पोलिस ही गोष्ट लपवण्याचा प्रयत्न करीत होते, त्यामुळे त्यांनी अशी कृती केली असल्याचे अनेक वृत्तपत्रात आले हे टीव्हीच्या बातम्यांनुसार सिद्ध होते. त्यांना ही कृती करण्यासाठीचे आदेश अर्थातच पश्चिम बंगाल सरकारकडून आले. भारतातील सुरक्षा संस्थांनी पाहिल्याशिवाय कुठल्याही राज्यातील पोलिस तत्सम बाँब/पुरावे नष्ट करीत नाहीत. दोन बायका, अतिरेकी व स्फोटात जखमी अतिरेक्याकडून उपयुक्त माहीती मिळेल. या ठिकाणी अल-कायदा या अतिरेकी संघटनेत सामील होण्यासाठी अवाहन करणारी अनेक कागदपत्रे मिळाली. याशिवाय अतिरेक्यांच्या लक्ष्यस्थानी असलेल्या भारतातील अनेक जागांचे नकाशेही मिळाले. हे सर्व पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार लपवण्याचा प्रयत्न करीत होते. तृणमूल काँग्रेसचा अतिरेकी संघटनेशी संबध काही दिवसांपूर्वी एका साप्ताहिकात छापून आली होती सध्या पश्चिम बंगालमध्ये ‘सर्धा चिट फंड याविषयी चौकशी सुरू आहे. यामध्ये सामान्य नागरिकांचे तब्बल ३०,००० कोटी रुपये गुंतवले गेले होते. याबाबत सीबीआय चौकशी करीत आहे. या सर्व घोटाळ्याशी पश्चिम बंगाल सरकारचा म्हणजेच तृणमूल काँग्रेसचा मोठा सहभाग आहे. तृणमूल काँग्रेसच्या या आमदार, खासदार आणि नोकरशाहीमधील अनेक बड्या हस्तींची नावे अनेक साप्ताहिकांमध्ये उघड करण्यात आली आहेत. याच घोटाळ्यात आसामच्या एका माजी डिजीपी पोलिस अधिकार्याचाही सहभाग होता. याबाबत त्यांची चौकशीही सुरू झाली होती. पण भविष्यात होणार्‍या परिणामांना घाबरून त्यांनी काही दिवसांपूर्वी आत्महत्या केली. अहमद हसन इम्रान हे तृणमूल काँग्रेसचा खासदार जन्माने बांग्लादेशी असून १९७० साली ते भारतात स्थलांतरीत झाले. सध्या ते वर्तमानपत्राद्वारे अतिरेक्यांच्या मूलतत्त्ववादाला खतपाणी घालण्याचे काम करीत आहेत. पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार त्यांना पकडण्याऐवजी त्यांना लपवण्याचा प्रयत्न करीत आहे. सुदैवाने बांग्लादेशी सरकारने त्यांच्याविरुद्ध तक्रार केल्यामुळे भारतातील सुरक्षा संस्था त्यांची चौकशी करत आहे. बांग्लादेश सरकारच्या मते सर्धा चिट फंड घोटाळ्यातील काही पैसे अहमद हसन इम्रान याने बांग्लादेश मधील जमात-ए-इस्लाम या भारतविरोधी अतिरेकी संघटनेला पुरवले. अलीकडेच पश्चिम बंगालमध्ये झालेल्या निवडणुकीच्या वेळी यातील काही पैसा पुन्हा भारतात आणला गेला आणि लोकसभेच्या निवडणुकीत या पैशाचा मोठ्या प्रमाणावर वापर करण्यात आला. अलीकडेच बांग्लादेशचे परराष्ट्रमंत्री अबु हसन अली हे भारताच्या परराष्ट्रमंत्री सुषमा स्वराज यांना भेटले होते. त्यांनी या प्रकरणाची लवकरात लवकर चौकशी करून त्याची माहिती बांग्लादेश सरकारला देण्याची विनंती केली आहे. कारण जमात-ए-इस्लामी या संस्थेपासून बांग्लादेशच्या लोकशाही सरकारलाही धोका आहे. जमात-ए-इस्लामीचा अल कायदाशी संबध आहे. खासदार इम्रान तृणमूल काँग्रेसमध्ये ‘सिमीचे अध्यक्ष राज्यसभेचे खासदार इम्रान हे तृणमूल काँग्रेसमध्ये येण्याआधी ‘सिमी या भारत सरकारने बंदी आणलेल्या अतिरेकी संघटनेचे पश्चिम बंगालचे अध्यक्ष होते. भारतीय गुप्तचर संस्थांच्या मते इम्रान यांच्यामुळेच पश्चिम बंगालमध्ये सिमीचे जाळे वाढले आहे व परिणामी अतिरेकी कारवायांचे प्रमाण वाढले आहे. एवढे सगळे होऊनही तृणमूल काँग्रेस शांत असून उलट या खासदारांना पाठीशी घालण्याचा प्रयत्न करत आहे. पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार मतपेटीच्या राजकारणामुळे काहीच करायला तयार नाही. अतिरेकी कारवायांकडे दुर्लक्ष आसाम आणि पश्चिम बंगालमधील ४० टक्के लोकसंख्या ही बांगलादेशी आहे. यामुळेच तृणमूल काँग्रेस त्यांच्यावर कारवाई करू धजावत नाही. मतांच्या राजकारणामुळेच पश्चिम बंगालमध्ये होणार्‍या अतिरेकी कारवायांकडे दुर्लक्ष केले जाते. तिथे चौकशी व कारवाई करण्यासाठी सुरक्षा संस्थांना स्थानिक शासनाची मदत मिळत नाही. २ ऑक्टोबर रोजी झालेल्या बाँबस्फोटाबद्दल पश्चिम बंगाल शासनाने २४ तास भारताच्या गुप्तचर संघटना व सुरक्षा संस्थांना काहीच सांगितले नाही. गॅस सिलींडरचा स्फोट झाला असे सांगून हे प्रकरण मिटवण्याचा सरकारचा हीन प्रयत्न होता. सुदैवाने पश्चिम बंगाल येथील काही जागृत वर्तमानपत्रांनी ही बातमी समोर आणली. त्यानंतर आपल्या देशातील सुरक्षा संस्थांना ही माहिती मिळाली. ते चौकशीसाठी घटनास्थळी पोहचयाचा प्रयत्न करत आहे, पण हा लेख लिही पर्यंत त्यांना ही परवानगी मिळालेली नव्हती. बांग्लादेशी आता भारताच्या इतर राज्यांमध्येही पसरले आहेत. बहुतेकांना मतदानाचा अधिकार मिळाला आहे. काही दिवसांपूर्वी या केंद्र सरकारने बांग्लादेशींना पकडण्याचे आदेश दिले होते. त्यावेळी ममता बॅनर्जी यांनी या पकडलेल्या बांग्लादेशींना पश्चिम बंगालमध्ये पाठवावे असे सांगितले होते. घुसखोरांमुळे सामाजिक/ सुरक्षेला धोका महाराष्ट्रातही मोठ्या प्रमाणावर बांग्लादेशी घुसखोरी झाली आहे. एकट्या मुंबईतच जवळजवळ ३-४ लाख बांग्लादेशी घुसखोर आहे. बहुतेक शहरांमध्ये व झोपडपट्ट्यांमध्ये त्यांची घुसखोरी झाली आहे. यामुळे देशाच्या सुरक्षेला तर धोका आहेच, पण हे घुसखोर कमी मोबदल्यात काम करीत असल्यामुळे आपल्याकडील कामगारांना काम मिळत नाही. उद्योगपती जास्त नफा मिळवण्यासाठी कमी मोबदल्यात काम करणार्‍या कामगारांना निवडतात, त्यामुळेच या घुसखोरांना मोठ्या प्रमाणावर काम मिळते. बांग्लादेशी घुसखोरांना शोधा जे बांग्लादेशी भारतात घुसले आहेत, त्यांना शोधून काढण्याचे प्रयत्न झाले पाहिजे. घुसखोरांमुळे राज्यात सामाजिक, आर्थिक, सुरक्षाविषयक समस्या वाढू शकतात. म्हणूनच बांग्लादेशी घुसखोरांना पकडून त्यांना बांग्लादेशात पाठवण्याचा प्रयत्न केला गेला पाहिजे. पण दुर्दैवाने आज दोन राजकीय पक्ष वगळता बाकी सर्व राजकीय पक्ष हे या घुसखोरांच्या बाजूने आहेत. यामुळे या घुसखोरांना शोधण्याचे काम ज्या पद्धतीने व्हायला हवे तसे ते होत नाही. येणार्‍या काळात आपण आपला मतदानाचा अधिकार वापरून अशा प्रकारचे पक्षांविरुद्ध मतदान करून या घुसखोरीच्या प्रश्नाला वाचा फोडली पाहिजे. येत्या निवडणुकीत अशी मोहिम सुरू करून राजकीय पक्षांना मोठ्या प्रमाणावर त्यांचे धोरण बदलायला लावण्याची गरज आहे

Muhammad Jamil Rehman, a trader, who had come to India to get his mother treated, was one of those, who preferred to stay back, for thorough health check-ups of his mother in India, where medical facilities are cheap and best in the Asian countries. “I am not willing to take any risk in my country, where medical aid is of very poor quality and not sustainable or proper for each and every diseases. It’s true that our Indian visas are valid for only next seven days but I have no way, I will go back to pavilion only after my mother’s treatment is over (in fact, until my mother becomes fit) not before that,” said Jamil.

…in India, now-a-days, ‘infiltration’ is one of the most burning and sensitive problems.

After he entered India through the International Border Check Post (IBCP) at Mahadipur under Malda district of West Bengal State he stayed in a lodge at district headquarters town, Malda. Even, he had spoken over telephone to his wife and child at Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh, that in future he would come to India for anybody.

It is a usual picture on India-Bangladesh international border, where each and everybody likes Muhammad Ashraful Rezzak, a Bangladeshi citizen with his family, is in a queue of 40 numbers to 50 numbers of people and is waiting for clearance to cross over to the Indian side for better treatment to his ailing wife, Rubina Biwi and daughter, Rukaiya Khatun.

But practically, the Rezzak family always keeps in mind that India- Bangladesh international border is always a controversial border and sensitive with issues such as immigration, smuggling, aggressive religious fundamentalism, human trafficking and insurgency activities. Therefore, they neither want to stay for more days after completion of the treatment nor do they want to take any risk before the aforesaid international boundary is sealed for an indefinite time after or before any kind of violence that escalates on the above international boundary for the above reasons. Most of the time, the situation tells different stories. A good number of Bangladeshi citizens have stayed in India illegally in the name of better medical treatment. . Like Muhammad Rukun Zaman, resident of Rajsahi District of Bangladesh, who had come to Kolkata, the capital of West Bengal, for the treatment of his son (who is 8-years old and is suffering from a respiratory problem) in a private hospital. They were forced to go back home in Bangladesh, as they found that their visa had expired.

The infiltrators, who are entering India, offer a good amount of money (bribe) for availing of these opportunities.

“My son’s treatment is incomplete, only 65 per cent has been cured, the doctor told me, ‘I must go there once again and complete the treatment as well as the course of medicine simultaneously. So, I have decided that I will definitely go to India for the sake of my son’s better life. There, the physicians are too good,” said an emotionally Muhammad Zaman.

Indeed, in India, now-a-days, ‘infiltration’ is one of the most burning and sensitive problems. It has been taking place in diversified ways. The recent government and non-government organisations’ report exposes that many Bangladeshis are illegally sneaking into India through various authorised (International Border Gate—IBG) ways as patients to receive ‘free medical treatment’ from the Indian state’s not only government hospitals as well as the medical health centres but also private medical institutions. Some of these foreign nationals go back to their country and some remain here for days, months and years together. The most astonishing fact is that the hospitals or medical units, which are run by the Indian central or state governments, not only supply the medicines to the foreign nationals but also arrange for their food and lodging. In this context, the foreign nationals are admitted and they’re getting this help from the above medical units with the help of a below poverty line certificate and this happens because of some touts and elected representatives, who help them a lot in an illegal way. The infiltrators, who are entering India, offer a good amount of money (bribe) for availing of these opportunities.

RP Singh, the Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Border Security Force (BSFI) of the international border areas got disgusted and remarked: “This is quite untamable and disgusting. Everyday, a good number of Bangladeshi people illegally enter Indian territory in the guise of patients with fake medical certificates as documents and create unnecessary problems.” He added, “The Bangladeshi foreign patients are also carrying Below Poverty Line (BPL) certificates which provides them an opportunity of free medical treatment.

Around 50,000 Bangladeshis come to India every year for better medical treatment only.

The certificate is provided only when a candidate’s yearly income does not exceed Rs. 2,000. Certificates are required to obtain from local Member of Legislative Assembly of Bangladesh (MLAB) or officers of block or district level of Bangladesh.”

Supporting the fact, one of the local physicians at Agartala, the capital of Tripura, averred, “In my health centre, 25 per cent to 30 per cent of the patients are Bangladeshis and they hide their real identity and enlist their name and address in the registered book as an Indian to avail better treatment. But, if you can see them, you may easily know that their language and dresses indicate their real identity. While as a doctor and as a people of India, we take care of them on a humanitarian ground, Border Security Force and the Indian Police Force (IPF), including the people also behave with them sympathetically. Because, India has a culture of Atithi Devo Bhavah which means: ‘Guest is God and we should take care of them properly.”

“It is true that Bangladeshis come to India for better medical treatment. Bangladeshi patients are available in the Tripura state’s hospitals like Agartala Government Medical College Hospital, Sonamura Hospital, both are in West Tripura district, while others in North Tripura District’s Kailasahar Government Hospital etc,” affirmed a renowned senior journalist of Agartala town, Manas Paul.

“Around 50,000 Bangladeshis come to India every year for better medical treatment only. If you go to the Indian High Commission offices at Chittagong, Dhaka, and Rajshahi, Bangladesh, you will see more than 50 per cent Bangladeshi nationals are in a queue for visa purposes for medical treatment to India, apart from tourism, pilgrimage, study, business, cultural activities, visiting relatives, wedding or funeral purposes, etc”, emphasised an Indian Research Analysis Wing (RAW) official.

Only a few illegal infiltrators disclose their intention openly, that they’ve entered India for better medical treatment facilities, because they are very poor, while the rest are unknown.

“It is a fact, that if you go to the IBCPs that lie on the Indo-Bangla international boundary on both side, you will find that most of the IBCPs are full of Bangladeshi people, who are waiting to enter India and to return from India with valid passports and visas for and after medical treatment. Not only that even from India, maximum doctors come to Bangladesh to heal our country’s patients through better medical diagnosis,” confirmed one of the officials of the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FBCCI).

However, the above reports have exposed that more than 500 Bangladeshi nationals receive free medical treatment every month. Of them only 15 per cent come under the BPL category. Neither any law nor any agreement is there for allowing foreign nationals to have free treatment in India. Yet it goes on. On enquiry, it is known from BSF sources that 20 per cent to 30 per cent of the Bangladeshi infiltrators are arrested in the India Bangladesh International Border areas during their entry into Indian land with a view to getting free medical health treatment, without valid or proper documents.“See, it is a serious matter for us. We do not know the exact motive of the illegal Bangladeshi immigrants. Only a few illegal infiltrators disclose their intention openly, that they’ve entered India for better medical treatment facilities, because they are very poor, while the rest are unknown. Therefore, it is difficult to say how many Bangladeshi nationals come to India for better medical purposes, but, we will look into the matter seriously,” emphasised Biswanath Chowdhury, West Bengal’s Minister for Jails & Social-Welfare (of Revolutionary Socialist Party [RSP] Member of Legislative Assembly [MLA] from Balurghat Assembly Constituency of South Dinajpur district, earlier known as West Dinajpur district.

“Indeed, Bangladesh lacks good health services. There is neither any hospital nor any health centre. Therefore, whenever anybody falls ill or becomes the victim of any disease, he or she is required to go to a nearby health centre of India—especially, the populace of the International Border Villages (IBVs) that lie on the Indo-Bangla international boundary. Even the Bangladeshi inhabitants use foreign currency to buy their good health service from India.

The girls of the villages get married early due to the threat of Bangladeshi ‘Mullah culture’.

The most awful situation is that in some Bangladeshi village areas, there is one or two small health centres but these do not have basic facilities. There, doctors are quite helpless and as such instead of giving medicines, they offer only prescriptions. Want of ambulance many times forces the patients to face many troubles,” admitted a physician of a sanatorium at Tamabil, an International Border Town (IBT) under Sylhet Division of Sylhet district of Bangladesh, who doesn’t want to disclose his name.

“Moreover, even the Bangladeshi children do not have any good opportunity of vaccination or anti-disease injections for want of facilities or medical helps of any sort and so the death rate of the children is very high. As a result, sometimes these children fall victims of ‘polio’ and such other diseases,” rued a Bangladeshi doctor of a Public Health Centre (PHC), who came to India for better treatment for his children and doesn’t want to disclose his name.

He added, “Sometimes, most of the ailing patients die of diseases such as diphtheria, typhoid, measles, tetanus, cholera, pneumonia, black fever, diarrhea, dengue, chronic dysentery, jaundice, etc”.

Saahid Mamun, an eminent social observer, who lives in Bangladesh’s district headquarters Naogaon’s Pouro Bazar area acknowledged, “Treatment in India is easier and cheaper than other cities in the World”. While the officials of the BSFI stated: “It is a fact that through the International Border Immigration Check-Post (IBICP) at Hili in South Dinajpur district of West Bengal, most of the Bangladeshis visit India for ‘medical treatment’. Because, the healthcare facilities in their nation are of substandard quality and costly.”

During rainy season or any other critical conditions, the patients, who live on the India-Bangladesh International Border areas, are bound to go to the international borders…

Supporting the fact, the local journalist-cum-observer, Majidur Sardar, who lives at Bolla village under South Dianjpur district of West Bengal, maintained, “If you come to Balurghat, Raiganj and its adjoining areas, which are situated under South Dinajpur District (administration), ), you will find many Bangladeshis, who have every-now-and-then are caught red-handed or sometimes have escaped from the clutch of the BSF. They come to our areas for better medical treatment purposes. In a word,I can say, around 20 per-cent to 25 per cent Bangladeshis enter India, especially through this district for medical reasons, apart from others’ intentions, per year.” Apart from this, “some places of Bangladesh have no opportunity of maternity homes or such other institutions like that and so pregnant women often die a premature death. Specially, the inhabitants of the said country have no other alternative but to take help of either medical compounder or untrained country physician known as kabiraj or also the quacks, who treat these unfortunate women and their children with country-made medicines,” affirmed Sabana Khatun, Muhammad Shaukat Mondol, and Muhammad Anisur Rahaman, who’re living in the villages like Chenchra, Hili (presently known as Bagiar) and Haripukur (presently known as Daudpur) of Dianjpur district of Bangladesh, (which lie on the zero-line) and come to India for their better treatment or medical purposes.

“Indeed, in Bangladesh, people are witnessing a high rate of immortality. The reason is: the Government of Bangladesh has no concrete family planning scheme and the iron grip of the Mullahs (that is, Muslim priests) over the poor people, who preach that family planning is against the dictates of the Muslim religious scriptures.

“Specially, the inhabitants of the village areas have no idea about ‘family planning’. The girls of the villages get married early due to the threat of Bangladeshi ‘Mullah culture’. It happens, when they are 12 years old or 13 years old, which also compel them to attain early motherhood and premature death both,” stated Muhammad Fazlul Rahman Sarkar, a resident of Dhaka, and the member of the Bangladesh Astronomical Society (BAS).

This leads to superstition, which has grown everywhere in the country in the name of the control of diseases. During rainy season or any other critical conditions, the patients, who live on the India-Bangladesh International Border areas, are bound to go to the international borders and request the soldiers of the BSF to help them.

“There are not too many chemist shops, dispensaries and pharmacies, which compel the Bangladeshis to believe in quacks. Even, the absence of doctors, compounders, hospitals, pharmacies, or any type of treatment in the village areas that are situated in the riverine Char areas cause untold miseries and as a result of these, the patients have to suffer a lot and die premature death, when any epidemic breaks out there, whether during flood or typhoon or other natural disasters and natural calamities,” revealed 20-year old Apel Mollah of International Riverine Border Village (IRBV) Khewarchar of Kurigram District of Bangladesh as well as the Muhammad Mahidul Islam (19) and Muhammad Jainal Abedin (18), both of IRBV Daikhowarchar in the same district of Bangladesh.

Against this backdrop, the decision of the Indian Central Government to set up an All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS-like hospital at Raiganj, under North Dinajpur District, earlier known as East Dinajpur district) of West Bengal has not only made poor International Border Village People (IBVP) and International Border Town (IBT) proud but also the neighbouring country Bangladesh very delightful.

Though, this news has come as a relief to many Bangladeshi nationals, who often cross the international border for specialised treatment in India, the Government of India should not only look into the matter sincerely but also take tough action before the situation goes out of hand in the name of ‘medical tourism’

Have you ever read in the newspaper that a political leader or a Prime Minister, from an Islamic nation has ever visited Japan ?  

Have you ever come across in any news paper that King of Iran or Saudi Arabia has visited Japan ?  

Japan, a Country keeping Islam and Christianity at bay.  

1. Japan has put strict restrictions on Islam and Muslims.  

The reasons are:  

a) Japan is the only nation that does not give citizenship to Muslims.  

b) In Japan permanent residentship is not given to Muslims.  

c) There is strong ban on the propagation of Islam in Japan .  

d) In the University of Japan Arabic or any Islamic language is not taught.  

e) One cannot import ‘Kuran’ published in Arabic language.  

f) According to data published by Japanese government, it has given temporary residentship to only 2 lakhs Muslims, but they need to follow the Japanese Law of the Land. These Muslims should speak Japanese and carry their religious ritual in their homes.  

g) Japan is the only country in the world having negligible number of embassies of Islamic countries.  

h) Japanese people are not attracted to Islam at all. 

i) Muslims residing in Japan are the employees of foreign companies.  

j) Even today Visas are not granted to Muslim doctors, engineers or managers sent by foreign company.  

k) In majority of the companies, it is stated in their laws that no Muslims should apply for the job.  

l) Japan government is of an opinion that Muslims are fundamentalist and even in the era of globalization, they are not willing to change their Muslim laws.  

m) Muslims can not even think about getting a rented house in Japan .  

n) If anyone comes to know that his neighbor is a Muslim then the whole colony stays alert.  

o) No one can start a Islamic or Arabic ‘Madarsa’ in Japan   

p) There is no personal law in Japan .  

q) If Japanese women marry a Muslim then she is banned.  

r) According to Mr. Komico Yagi (Head of Department, Tokyo University ) “There is a mind frame in Japan that Islam is narrow minded religion and one should stay away from it.”  

s) Freelance journalist Mohammd Juber toured many Islamic countries after 9/11 incidence and at that time he went even to Japan . He found out Japanese are confident that extremist can do no harm in Japan .  

2. Strict restrictions on the conversion to Christianity  

a. In Japan there are strong restrictions on conversions to Christianity.  

b. If due to any reason one converts his religion then both, one who converts, and one who helps both are severely punished.  

c. If a foreign citizen does this then he is given a strict notice to leave Japan immediately.  

d. Christen missionaries are influential all over the world but in Japan they could do no magic.  

e. The POPE of Vatican is unhappy on two things: 20th century is about to end but they could not convert India into a Christian nation as Greece and there is no rise in number of Christians in Japan .
