TERRORISM MONSTER WILL LOOK TOWARDS INDIA WHEN PAKISTAN IS FREE
ISI COORDINATING TERROR ATTACKS
To take a revenge for the bitter humiliation suffered at the hands of Indian army in 1965 and 1971 conflicts, the military regime of Gen Zia, in consultation with the Pak ISI(Notorious intelligence agency) drew a long term plan to destabilize and disintegrate India. The plan was named as the 'K-Plan' .The initial plan was aimed at sowing the seeds of hatred, spreading the communalism in the communally sensitive parts of this country. Subsequently, after the misguided Sikh youths joined these activities, the Pak ISI modified their plans to target the K-2 Plan' towards creation of Khalistan and igniting the separatist movement in Kashmir and terrorism in rest of India.
More than 65,000 persons have been killed due terrorist violence since 1993.The number seriously injured is four times more. The number clearly indicates tremendous potential of ISI sponsored terrorism.
Changes in Terrorists strategy
The ISI has changed its strategy due to intense international pressure. No visible training camps can be seen in Pakistan now. State machinery has been told to maintain absolute safe distance from the terrorists and no overt support is to be given. It organizes protests and anti India rallies with subverted Khalistani in USA and other western countries. Minority community is terrorized in Kashmir. Afghan /Taliban/ Al Qaida cadres are used as mercenaries in J& K.
It is continuing training in Terrorist training camps. 250 – 500 terrorists are always awaiting infiltration in India. Through private religious organizations, militancy has been made a private industry in Pakistan. ISI is exploiting the religious divide.
Induction of foreign mercenaries in J&K is regular feature. Indoctrination to the Jihad cause is done by Pakistani terrorists inducted from Pakistan.It is involving Muslim youth into terrorist networks &Increasing printing of counterfeit currency running into crores.
It is planting ISI agents in every part of India and creating communal riots in Muslim dominated regions and opening newer fronts.
THE TERRORISTS TACTICS
ISI sends in hard core operatives to settle down in important cities, take up jobs, and marry Indians. They act as sleepers and are activated when required. It is inducting more operatives via the International border which is porous and the BSF is not effective.
It indoctrinates few Indians going for Haj & south Indian population working in the Gulf countries. Increase funding of madrasas in India is being done. The number of madrasas has increased drastically on India- Bangla Desh border & India- Nepal border. Use Kashmir Muslims to subvert Muslims in the heartland of India is also being done.Many news papers published within country, are subverted.
It has Integrated operations with underworld and separatist movements. Its motto is “Jihad is not only a means to an end but also an end in itself. “he, who dies in the course of jihad, is blessed by Allah.” Yearly casualties due to terror attack since 2000 is as under:-
