Courses available to the Government in response to Uri (J&K) attack : 1. Appoint a Group of Ministers to study the attack and give recommendations. OR- Appoint a Committee of Secretaries to study the attack and give recommendations. OR- Appoint a Commission of single retired High Court Judge to study the attack and give recommendations. (Any citizen of India or Pakistan can give evidence or suggestions to the above in person or through email) 2. Based on recommendations of the panel our NSA along with Defence Secretary, Home Secretary and Finance Secretary will issue a detailed Operations Order for the fifth Indo Pakistan war. 3. Important Considerations - Forces will be deployed as per the order of Pay Scales in Seventh Pay Commission i.e. IAS, IPS and other class, A services followed by Central Armed Police Forces such as BSF, CRPF, RPF etc. 4. Regular defence forces can stand down till the above battle is sorted out. 5. Dates and sectors of war will be decided by the foreign secretary in consultation with his Pakistani counter part. 6. The outcome of war will be decided on Best of three basis. 7. On completion of war a joint meeting with be held between the two PM at Shimla or Goa depending on the season. 8. India will return all the POW to Pakistan, however, Pakistan will keep Indian PoW with them. 9. India will return the captured territories with damages for their reconstruction. Pakistan can keep territory captured if any. 10. Ruling party in India will come back to power with two third majority. 11. Martial law will be imposed in Pakistan. 12. The next General can upgrade Policy of Death with a thousand cuts for India to Death with a million cuts. And ofcourse Pakistan will be free to attack Indian Parliament or any other target of their choice.
