REAL REASON FOR DENYING ONR RANL ON PENSION

Dear all, We all know that the bureaucracy of the Central Secreteriat is capable of stalling/ stopping movement of any file in the Govt. They have a small list of demands which should be met before they allow the file of OROP to be even opened:- 1. Punctuality allowance:- Where as earlier office timings could commence at 1100H, 1200H, 1430H or 1600H, depending on our mood, the Biometric System of attendance has stopped all that, causing us immense hardship of frequent pay fines, due to late arrival. Punctuality allowance, at the rate of 15% of our basic pay be sanctioned forthwith. 2. Transfer allowance :- We have noted with great regret that while all Govt servants get transfer allowance on permanent transfer, we are the only ones denied this right. Reasons given are that our move is always within a distance of 1/2 Km to 1Km. This is a wrong denial of our rights/ privileges. We must get full transfer allowance if transferred from North Block to South Block, to Krishi Bhavan, etc. 3. Uncongenial climate allowance :- This allowance must be given at 25% of our basic pay, in case of gain of more than 12 feet in height in our place of work. To elucidate , if we are posted from ground floor to first floor/ second floor, in North Block/ South Block, the rarified atmosphere due to gain in height affects our health adversely. 4. Joota Ghisoing allowance:- As a transfer to the first/ second floor causes increased wear and tear on our" Jootas" , a compensatory " Joota Ghisoing" allowance at the rate of 10% of our basic pay be sanctioned at the earliest. 5. Lunch Break allowance:- While earlier, our lunch break was from 1230 to 1730, it has now been reduced to only 30 minutes. Immediate relief in the form of 30% of our basic pay be sanctioned due to loss in eating/glutting time. Also, visits to nearby Delhi Stock Exchange are now only possible by taking earned leave, causing us great monetary loss. 6. Typing/ file clearing allowance:- While we used to clear one file per week and type only one letter in seven days, we are now expected to type at least three letters per day and clear three files daily. Typing/ file clearing allowance at the rate of 25% of our basic pay be sanctioned immediately. We are fully aware that a pen down strike of even 48 hours is sufficient for the Govt to accede to our demands. ( We are not armed forces soldiers/ veterans). Please fulfill our most reasonable and just demands at the earliest. --
