National SECURITY GUARD....keep off military installations...your task is different like in Taj, anti hijacking etc ...ARMY SPECIAL FORCES ARE CAPABLE OF TAKING CARE OF ARMY INSTALLATIONS 5. AIR FORCE..when it is beyond own capbility.....coordinate with local area HQ. 6. hq IDS coord resource management if beyond one service... 7. DGMO..comd ...corps and area ....assume charge in ground operations... 8. Media...do reporting not Military evaluation. .. 9. Politicians help by minimising statements... 10. NSA ...after retirement from active service witbdraw completely...be an Advisor not super operations branch... 11. Army...and armed forces... take charge or do not operate under anyone's command...that is the basic... 12.
